Processing times may be delayed. Generally, processing times are within 1-3 business days* although currently, those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, releases, and promotions.
You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund.

Although this is a rare case, a damaged or lost package is another reason why you may experience shipping delays. If you haven’t received your package for more than 7 days after the estimated delivery time frame, you should consider raising the issue with the carrier. If you have purchased Route package protection you can easily file a claim here. We highly suggest purchasing Route Package Protection for all your orders. If Route Package protection is not purchased, Single Source is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
We are able to ship to every state in the United States and internationally. Some products are unable to be shipped to certain states or internationally due to regulations that are out of our control. Please see your local laws for the most up to date information.
Shipping prices are provided by live quotes from the carriers (USPS and UPS) using the weight of the products in the order. Delivery estimates may appear next to the shipping method selected. While these estimates are usually accurate, we are unable to guarantee delivery times due to regular delays with carriers.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Refunds will be processed within 2-3 days after the return shipment has been received. Please allow 2-5 business days for your return package to be received.
